Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA in HRM from any reputed University.
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Analytical ability, Bangladesh Labor Law, Bangladesh Labor Law Rules, Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, Microsoft Excel Advance Level, payrole procesing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day to day Attendance, Leave, Absent, Rest Day & Prepare daily attendance report;
∎ Prepare all kinds of Payment Sheet (Salary & Wages, Allowance & OT, Bonus, Advances, EL encasement etc.) Using HRMS (Software);
∎ Ensure employee separation process & prepare final Settlement bill as per as Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & its rule 2015;
∎ Update employees transfer, promotion, increment & other information in HRMS (Software);
∎ Communicate with Cross functional unit & department as per requirement;
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicant must have at least 2 years working experience in Compensation & Benefits with a Group of Industries like garments/textile/accessories industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Good skill is required in Microsoft Office package (Advance Excel Must).
∎ Good knowledge in payroll software operations.
