∎ Age 27 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensuring the Manpower Requisition by coordinating with the respective department and maintain calendar(s) for recruitment plan.
∎ Schedule job interviews, contact, screen, and shortlist candidates as per requisition. And ensure to assess the right candidate in the interview board.
∎ Generate Offer Letter, Appointment Letters, and On-board process along with proper personal documentation.
∎ Make use of effective recruitment and sourcing strategies such as focused headhunting, social media sourcing, networking, internal database and referral program.
∎ Stay edgewise the recruitment trend, talent market and report to Manager, HRD with recruitment metrics in a monthly basis.
∎ Maintain the personal files of all the positions and update them regularly. Ensure of keeping employee information in the HRIS at earliest.
∎ Ensure New Joiner's Office Id card & Name Badge, Uniforms (store staffs), Visiting card, Laptop/ Desktop etc.
∎ Responsible for planning and ensuring systematic induction for all new employees.
∎ Arranging various employee engagement programs such as Miniso Night, announcement and celebration of birthday once in a month, Corporate Dinner & Corporate Retreat and other cultural and festival celebrations.
∎ Regular communication with the staffs for ensuring HR support, checking the store groups for the grooming and HR related issues and maintaining a calendar for visiting stores on priority basis with the checklist.
∎ Managing uniform requisition and it proper distribution to the staffs at stores as per policy.
∎ Monthly stationary requisition for the Corporate Office and its efficient management.
∎ Managing the official tours, processing visa and tickets, subsidized lunch management and any other bill associated with HR services/ HR functions.
