Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM
∎ University of Dhaka, NSU, East-West, Brac, AIU students will get preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare Salary Sheet and Run PayRoll.
∎ To assist Management, HR in recruitment and selection.
∎ To assist Management in Performance Appraisal.
∎ To prepare and propose Annual Increment.
∎ Daily attendance checking & report preparation
∎ Prepare monthly salary sheet, Overtime sheet on a Daily Basis.
∎ Coordinate in-house orientation and training.
∎ Supervise leave register.
∎ Prepare and update employee personal file.
∎ Able to work under pressure and must meet deadlines.
∎ Maintain and executive administrative task.
∎ Able to do multi-task
∎ Any other job assigned by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Compensation/ Benefits/ Attendance/ Leave Management, HRIS/ HR Database Management

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Attractive Salary Package.
