Responsibilities & Context:
  • Office Timings: 10:00 AM – 07:00 PM.

  • Weekly Off: 1 day per week (may occasionally be required to work on weekends/public holidays based on business needs).

  • Workplace: Office-based role with occasional travel for HR/Admin assignments. Hence, personal vehicles (bike, e-bike, or bicycle) are preferred, not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.

  • Assist in payroll, leave management, and attendance monitoring.

  • Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.

  • Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws.

  • Support training, development, and welfare initiatives.

  • Manage day-to-day office administration, housekeeping, and facilities.

  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and government authorities.

  • Ensure availability of office supplies and maintenance of company assets.

  • Handle logistics, travel, and event arrangements.

  • Maintain documentation and ensure smooth office operations
