Experience 2–4 years of experience in field operations, sales supervision, trade marketing, or team leadership
Prior experience managing external field teams or promoters preferred

Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance
Supervise Brand Representatives and ensure daily targets are met
Provide regular coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to field teams
Monitor attendance, turnout and productivity of each team member
Field Operations & Execution Ensure flawless execution of sales campaigns, outreach activities,
and promotional drives
Verify implementation of visibility, POSM placement, and market activation as per brand
guidelines
Support BRs in resolving escalated customer issues
Reporting & Compliance
Review and validate daily activity reports submitted by BRs
Maintain accurate documentation, dashboards, and performance trackers
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, campaign rules, and brand standards
Stakeholder Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, partners, field agencies, and local
stakeholders
Coordinate with Area Manager, Marketing, and Operations teams for smooth campaign
execution
Problem-Solving & Escalation Handling
Identify market challenges and provide actionable solutions
Handle escalations efficiently and ensure timely resolution
Conduct field visits to monitor real-time performance and customer engagement quality
Performance Metrics
Achievement of team outreach and conversion targets
Team discipline: attendance, turnout, and reporting accuracy
Quality of market execution and visibility compliance
