Responsibilities & Context:

Job Context:

We are seeking enthusiastic and target-oriented Female Telesales Executives for our Vehicle Tracking Service (VTS) business. The role involves telesales activities as well as visiting corporate customers when required to support sales conversion and relationship management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries
  • Promote Vehicle Tracking Service (VTS) products and solutions over the phone
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable VTS solutions
  • Visit corporate clients/organizations when required for product briefing, follow-up, and deal closure
  • Arrange and participate in meetings with corporate customers
  • Follow up on leads generated through calls, referrals, and marketing campaigns
  • Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate call logs, customer databases, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with technical and operations teams for service activation
  • Handle customer objections professionally and ensure smooth sales closure
  • Maintain long-term relationships with corporate and individual customers
