Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintenance of assigned PCF (Personal and Confidential Files) and recruitment files.
∎ Maintain disciplinary procedure as per company policies.
∎ Conduct Exit Interview of departing Employees.
∎ ID card & Visiting card Issue.
∎ Preparation/ Issue office note, memo, office order & circular in respect of HR issue.
∎ Ensure administrative/ HR related MIS are properly maintain, update.
∎ Verify the manpower requirement of various dept. with approved/ proposed organogram.
∎ Prepare candidate profile summary for shortlisted applicants.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skill.
∎ Flexible of taking any kind of responsibility.
∎ Strong Knowledge in HR & Admin.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English .
∎ Knowledge of MS office (especially MS Excel in advance Level) & Internet browsing.
∎ Efficiently manage and meet deadlines.

Construction of the factory started back in June 2016.
