Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase helmet & accessories sales.
∎ Visit field frequently to ensure satisfaction of customers, dealers, sales, and service team.
∎ Monitoring helmet & accessories sales operations, supply, and achievement ratio so that high-quality standard is maintained in operations.
∎ Ensure regular communication with dealers and other stakeholders to boost up sales.
∎ Maintain communication with biker groups and the biking community, create awareness of riders' safety and arrange motorcycle safety awareness programs.
∎ Plan and execute promotional activities and campaigns to increase helmet & accessories sales.
∎ Visit field frequently to ensure the satisfaction of customers, dealers, sales, and service teams.
∎ Maintain helmet & accessories ordering as per sales ratio and update software as per requirements.
∎ Submit all scheduled reports, tour reports, and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Passion for motorcycle, active involvement in biker groups/community..
∎ Excellent presentation and MS Office skills.
∎ High social skills and strong communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel all over the country for official tours.
∎ Experience in helmet & accessories marketing & sales will be an added advantage.
