∎ Should have minimum 2 years practical experience in Packing Development section of any food & beverage company or packing company.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop innovative packaging solutions meeting functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards while optimizing costs through collaboration.
∎ Lead packaging projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with goals through cross-functional teamwork.
∎ Explore market trends, analyze competitor packaging, and innovate to enhance product appeal.
∎ Define specifications and refine designs for optimal performance.
∎ Develop cost-effective solutions, monitor budgets and analyze for new initiatives.
∎ Evaluate suppliers, maintain relationships and negotiate contracts for cost optimization and quality assurance.
∎ Ensure packaging meets environmental and safety standards, maintaining required documentation.
∎ Conduct tests to ensure durability and functionality, maintaining high standards via quality control.
∎ To analysis periodically product shelf-life and set-up product shelf-life if any change in Packing Materials.
∎ To prepare and development packaging documentation.
