Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Field Operations·
∎ Coordination with GoB and other stakeholders
∎ Assist Regional Coordinator with their regular duties and responsibilities.
∎ Documentation and preservation of important documents and files.
∎ Visit proposed areas, conduct visual surveys, and meet with local project staff to gain insight into the community's condition.
∎ Compile a concise report on the area selection and submit it to the Regional Coordinator.
∎ Provide support in establishing order in the office in accordance with the Regional Coordinator.
∎ Assist the Regional Coordinator in assisting different sectors.
∎ Assist Regional Coordinator in negotiating terms for the purchase or lease of the selected properties.
∎ Emergency Response support to the Regional Coordinator.
∎ Give support to the Regional Coordinator for managing Humar Resources.
∎ Help Regional Coordinator manage the Administration withing a Regional and Field Office.
∎ Prepare and Check different Purchase Requisition in assistance to the Regional Coordinator.
∎ Look after the Day-to-Day Office administration and Management.
∎ FD-6 acknowledgement copies to be sent to respective Govt. department.
∎ Jointly with Regional Coordinator organize field visits of GoB Counterparts.
∎ Prepare Monthly Report with Regional Coordinator and send it to the respective Government Department.
∎ Receive updated information from government and share it with the respective Sector/ CSUs.
∎ Minimum Graduate in any discipline.Job Requirements·
∎ Preference will be given to those who have at Experience in Administration at Development Sector.
∎ Have the experience to organize workshops, seminars, public hearing/ community score cards, Capacity development training on AIGA, leadership, service delivery etc.
∎ English and Bangla report writing.·
∎ Highly Skilled in operating computer, expert in Microsoft Office, and speedy typing both in English and Bengali.
