∎ Strong knowledge of ERP software (e.g., Logic soft, Click, Efficient ERP).
∎ Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Relevant certifications (e.g., Logic soft, Click, Efficient ERP) are a plus.
∎ Proven experience in managing ERP systems.

∎ Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the ERP system.
∎ Provide training and support to staff on ERP system usage.
∎ Monitor system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
∎ Ensure data integrity and security within the ERP system.
∎ Stay updated with the latest ERP trends and technologies.
