∎ Strong knowledge of ERP software (e.g Logic soft, Click, Efficient ERP).
∎ Excellent project management and organizational skills.
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Certification in ERP systems (preferred but not required).
∎ Proficiency in ERP software and tools.
∎ Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
∎ Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly.
∎ Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Coordinate the implementation and integration of the ERP system across the organization.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for ERP-related issues and support.
∎ Collaborate with IT, finance, operations, and other departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business processes.
∎ Train and support end-users on ERP system functionalities.
∎ Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal operation.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals, process flows, and training materials.
∎ Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies.
∎ Stay updated on the latest ERP trends and technologies to recommend improvements and upgrades.
∎ Manage ERP-related projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
