Educational Requirements:
∎ BSC in textile/IPE preferable but Masters in any discipline reputed University can apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing the marketing and merchandising strategy for the factory to maximize sales and profitability.
∎ Market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
∎ Developing and managing the factory's product portfolio, including selection, pricing, and promotion of products.
∎ Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
∎ Developing and managing the marketing and merchandising budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
∎ Coordinating with production and quality control to ensure the customer needs and expectations.
∎ Leadership and direction to the marketing and merchandising team, ensuring their motivation and productivity.
∎ Skill in costing, marketing planning, and having technical knowledge of products.
∎ Experience in handling large buyers. This includes managing relationships with buyers, negotiating pricing, terms & conditions, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
∎ Strong leadership skills to manage the marketing team, goal setting, customer feedback and coaching for skill development of the team.
∎ Strong networking skills to build relationships with new buyers.
∎ Follow up for on-time shipment from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning and ensure the merchandisers are updating the order status, as well as to the customers.
