Job Responsibilities:
∎ Digital Advertising: Proficiency in platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. This includes setting up, optimizing, and analyzing ad campaigns. Familiarity with Facebook pixel and similar things.
∎ SEO: Work with audience targeting, analyzing, planning, and using SEO, On-Page/Off-Page SEO, Technical SEO, etc.
∎ Content Marketing: The ability to create and promote high-quality, engaging content across various digital channels, including blogs, social media, email, and more.
∎ Social Media: Knowledge of how to use and manage social media platforms effectively for brand promotion, engagement, and audience growth.
∎ Email Marketing: Using email campaigns for customer engagement.
∎ Analytics: Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics to track and analyze website and campaign performance.
∎ Data Analysis: Ability to interpret data and metrics to make informed marketing decisions and optimize campaigns for better results.
∎ Strategy: Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audience needs.
∎ A/B Testing: Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies to optimize website elements and marketing campaigns.
∎ CMS: Familiarity with website management systems.
∎ Basic Design: Simple graphic skills and video editing understanding.
∎ Collaboration: Communication with clients. You must be able to collaborate with the Graphic Team, Marketing Team, Customer Support Team, and others as per requirements.
∎ Coding: Basic HTML/CSS understanding.
∎ Marketing Automation: Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot or Marketo for streamlining marketing tasks and workflows.
∎ Conversion Optimization: Understanding CRO principles and practices to improve website conversion rates.
∎ Mobile Marketing: Mobile-friendly strategies. Knowledge of mobile marketing strategies, including mobile-friendly website design and mobile app advertising.
∎ Budget Management: Efficient use of marketing budgets. Effective management of digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
∎ Content Calendar: Planning and scheduling content. Organizing and scheduling content publication to maintain a consistent online presence.
∎ Copywriting: Strong writing skills for creating compelling and persuasive marketing copy.
∎ Marketing Psychology: Understanding consumer behavior and psychology to create more effective marketing campaigns.
∎ Legal Compliance: Knowledge of marketing laws and ethics. Familiarity with digital marketing laws and regulations specific to Bangladesh, including data privacy laws.
∎ Trend Awareness and Brand Awareness: Knowledge about e-commerce and staying updated on industry trends in the Bangladeshi E-commerce industry. You must create the brand awareness for the company.
∎ Local Market Knowledge: A deep understanding of the Bangladeshi market, culture, and consumer behavior is crucial for effective targeting.
