Job Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
Manage day-to-day client communication via email, calls, and meetings
Understand client goals and ensure services align with expectations
Coordinate with internal teams (SEO, Ads, Design, Tech) to deliver results
Conduct regular follow-ups, updates, and review meetings
Handle client questions, concerns, and feedback professionally
Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and upsell opportunities
Maintain clear documentation of client interactions and updates
Prepare and explain performance reports in a client-friendly manner
Proactively identify risks and resolve issues before escalation
