∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate for updating business license activities with government office, factory concerned and other departments
∎ Review, receive and process new business license applications for Epyllion Group
∎ Work on renewal process of business license and keep the concerned officials updated
∎ Collaborate with the Government office, concerned unit officials and other departments for appraising business license activities
∎ Obtain all necessary approvals from licensors and resolve all issues efficiently
∎ Maintaining up-to-date license files, reports and events, process and document license closures and renewals
∎ Participate in all meetings for completing business license activities
∎ Deliver all emails, process all approvals and maintain a record of all submissions
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with government bodies, functional departments and units
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management

Salary: Negotiable
