Responsibilities & Context:
All activities of production line operation.
Shift reporting, shift manpower monitoring, plant operation monitoring etc.
Monitoring all process to reduce the wastage percentage.
To implement the regulatory guidelines of regulatory agencies. i.e. GMP, GHP, ISO 9001:2008, HACCP, Halal etc.
Analyze problems associated with the process, control, flow, range of the plant/ machinery and take corrective measures.
Participate as a team guide to solve hygiene, TPM and safety audit issues.
Co-ordinate with various department & ensure smooth operations of the plant.
