Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day factory compliance activity.
∎ CAPABLE OF MANAGING H&M, NEXT, M&S, ETC. ALL SORTS OF FACTORY COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS.
∎ Should have adequate knowledge on floor compliance, housekeeping, safety procedure, and knowledge on updated LABOUR LAW, ACCORD, BSCI, SEDEX, BLL, BLR-15, BNBC, NFPA, HIGG Index, OEKO Tex, CU Certification, and other Social Audit related activities.
∎ Follow up & implementation of post-audit recommendations.
∎ Conduct internal audit & do necessary things for the corrective actions on daily basis.
∎ Update all papers according to buyers’ requirements.
∎ Follow up Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Buyers Code of Conduct.
∎ Ensure a healthy, hygienic, and safe workplace.
∎ Prepare and update relevant registers for record-keeping and audit purposes.
∎ Acts as an independent review and evaluation body to ensure that compliance issues/concerns within the organization are being appropriately evaluated, investigated, and resolved.
∎ Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep the Top Managements informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
∎ Develop & monitoring the First Aid, Fire Fighting Members' activities and organizing their training with proper documentation.
∎ Prepare CAP Report independently & day to day audit follow-up
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ 3 years (experience in knit garments is preferable).
∎ Goal orientation, effective communication & collaboration, leading people, positive & proactive, planning, organizing, & ability to cohort a team.
∎ Sound knowledge on computer & should be sincere, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure
∎ Arrange various training sessions to meet the compliance requirement.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ T/A.
Mobile bill.
Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly).
