Responsibilities & Context: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
- Coordinate on boarding and orientation programs for new employees.
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
- Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with finance.
- Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with labor laws.
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
- Coordinate training and development programs for skill enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulations.
- Support audits and internal HR checks.
- Work With production team to reduce absenteeism and labor turnover.
- Update HR policies as per legal requirements and company practices.
- Generate HR reports on workforce metrics, attrition, recruitment, and training.
- Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standard.
- Develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
- Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational guidelines
- Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and regulatory risks
- Conduct regular compliance audits, reviews, and gap analyses.
- Support strategic decisions with a compliance and risk perspective
- Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and leadership
- Ensure employees understand regulatory obligations and internal policies
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and controls
- Lead or support internal investigations related to compliance violations
- Recommend corrective actions and ensure timely remediation
- Enhance compliance frameworks using best practices and technology
- Ensure Hazard free smooth work environment
- Handle Internal and External Audit in Factory.
- Sound Knowledge about WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, CTPAT, Better Work, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS and Other Certification Audit.
