  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Other Equivalent Degree/ MBA will get preference
  • Candidate with PGD in compliance or Risk Assessment / MBA in Human Resource Management will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviews, and selection.
  • Coordinate on boarding and orientation programs for new employees.
  • Address employee queries and concerns regarding policies, benefits, and workplace issues.
  • Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive work environment and company culture.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with finance.
  • Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with labor laws.
  • Assist in performance appraisal processes and documentation.
  • Coordinate training and development programs for skill enhancement.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulations.
  • Support audits and internal HR checks.
  • Work With production team to reduce absenteeism and labor turnover.
  • Update HR policies as per legal requirements and company practices.
  • Generate HR reports on workforce metrics, attrition, recruitment, and training.
  • Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standard.
  • Develop, review, and update compliance policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and translate them into operational guidelines
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance and regulatory risks
  • Conduct regular compliance audits, reviews, and gap analyses.
  • Support strategic decisions with a compliance and risk perspective
  • Design and deliver compliance training programs for employees and leadership
  • Ensure employees understand regulatory obligations and internal policies
  • Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, investigations, and controls
  • Lead or support internal investigations related to compliance violations
  • Recommend corrective actions and ensure timely remediation
  • Enhance compliance frameworks using best practices and technology
  • Ensure Hazard free smooth work environment
  • Handle Internal and External Audit in Factory.
  • Sound Knowledge about WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX, CTPAT, Better Work, GOTS, GRS, OCS, RCS and Other Certification Audit.
