- Should have Good personality, Honesty, Sincerity, Positive & Proactive, Problem Solving, Dynamic, Hardworking, Analytical Skill, Modern System adaptability.
Responsibilities & Context: - Perform to Receive and inspection of the incoming of all Trims & accessories against purchase orders and delivery challan.
- Perform daily stock updates of Receive and Issue data in ERP and Manual Ledger
- Ensuring to proper storage of Trims & Accessories as per Buyer, Style, PO and item Wise.
- Issue accessories to production and sampling departments as per requisition.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing Trims and accessories in ERP Software.
- Maintaining the proper Inventory control & Management, Monitoring loading & unloading etc.
- Maintain the proper traceability of all Trims & Accessories for further Identification.
- Maintain the good housekeeping, cleanliness & tidiness of the store area frequently.
- Maintain and Ensure the safety, quality, and compliance activities in the workplace.
- Maintain updated records of leftover Trims and Accessories, Identify the usable leftover items and coordinate with Merchandising and planning department for re-utilization as per company’s SOP.
- Dispose of unusable or expired items as per company’s SOP.
- Report regularly on leftover stock status to management.
- Conduct monthly, half yearly and yearly physical stock reconcile with system data.
- Coordination with the concerned department to receive and deliver the schedule.
- Maintain the shipment cargo loading activities.
- To perform any other duties as assigned by the superior / higher authority.
