Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify the prospective land under joint venture development
∎ Prepare financial analysis and market survey
∎ Meeting with the Landowners to understand their demands and negotiate based on company’s strategy and acquire the land under joint venture
∎ Finalize the features, sharing and financial benefits and other terms and conditions with the Landowner.
∎ Collect required documents for legal vetting and RAJUK approval.
∎ Prepare deed of agreement and POA
∎ Complete the signing of Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Target oriented
∎ Strong negotiation skill
∎ Ability to work in a team
∎ Ability to take challenge
Salary: Negotiable
