Responsibilities & Context:
- Plan, organize, coordinate, and execute all maintenance activities of the Building Management System (BMS).
- To maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment.
- Check all lights, switches, electrical boards, power control units, etc.
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.
- To look after any technical issues with the generator and substation and the performance of the complex.
- preparation of the duty roster for all members of the team.
- Monitor routine maintenance of lifts, generators, HVAC systems, Fire protection & Detection, electrical switching and power systems, ventilation, etc.
- Having computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) is preferable.
