Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location - Chittagong (Karnaphuli EPZ)
Prepare the factory for various buyer and certification audits (BSCI, WRAP, C-TPAT, etc.).
Maintain strong knowledge of product certifications such as RCS, GOTS, OEKO-TEX, and HIGG.
Possess in-depth understanding of Bangladesh EPZ laws, labor rules, ILO conventions, and buyer compliance standards.
Lead all social, environmental, and technical compliance programs within the factory.
Ensure full adherence to buyer Codes of Conduct, local labor laws, and international standards (WRAP, BSCI, ACCORD, RSC).
Supervise internal and external audits, implement corrective actions, and promote sustainability practices.
Manage compliance documentation, certifications, and submit regular reports to management and buyers.
