Job Responsibilities:
∎ To maintain all kinds of land and other property documents.
∎ Issuing and updating all the licenses of organization.
∎ Land mapping of the organization and maintaining wage records.
∎ To establish and maintain effective working relationship with government body, local agents, land office and other government and non-government organizations as per requirement.
∎ Keeping up to date of all Land related documents.
∎ Coordinate all land purchase related issues of the organization including negotiation, document verifications, registrations etc. (pre purchase activities to post purchase activities).

∎ Age 25 to 35 years
