∎ Expert on Microsoft Excel (All Functions, P-Vote, V-lookup)
∎ Skills Required: Microsoft Excel

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HRIS/ HR Database Management, Performance & Career Management, Recruitment & Selection
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Manpower Recruitment, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Telecommunication, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Talent hunting to meet the requirement of the organization
∎ Sourcing right candidates for the company using various channels
∎ Consult the business heads to know hiring needs for the short and long term requirement of the company
∎ Organize recruitment processes (job posting, short listing, arrangement of interview, selection & placement)
∎ Experience in taking the lead and handling recruitment processes, job advertisement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be expert on Microsoft Excell
∎ Fluent written and spoken English
∎ Strong leadership skills to work in a cross functional role
∎ Strong Analytical Ability & Honesty to the highest level
∎ Strong ability to drive and motivate business teams; explaining complex things in a simple way
∎ Highly energetic & can speaks nicely
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
