Monitor housekeeping activities and maintain cleanliness standards across the premises.
Develop, review, and implement administrative policies and procedures.
Manage office facilities, renovations, assets, and maintenance operations effectively.
Supervise administrative staff and ensure proper task allocation and performance management.
Ensure effective office security management and compliance with safety protocols.
Handle vendor management, procurement processes, and service agreements.
Oversee vehicle management, including maintenance, paper work and utilization.
Manage daily meal arrangements and guest hospitality services.
Administer petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Arrange ID cards, visiting cards, official documents, and other necessary administrative materials.
Ensure proper inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
Coordinate logistics, travel arrangements, and organize office events/programs.
Monitor administrative budgets and ensure effective cost control.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Deliver HR support based on requirements.
Maintain proper legal documentation, licenses records, and filing systems.
Facilitate internal communication and coordinate effectively between departments.
