Responsibilities & Context:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage effectively.
Maintain proper display, cleanliness, and organization of the showroom.
Ensure product availability and coordinate with inventory when required.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions.
Process sales transactions accurately (cash, card, digital payments).
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and pricing.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
Support in visual merchandising and promotional activities.
Prepare daily sales reports and provide feedback to supervisors.
Any other Outlet activities instructed by Retail Manager.
