∎ M.Com in Accounting MBA / M.Com (Accounting/ Finance), from a Reputed University
∎ CA(CC) from any reputed CA Firm with Good academic record will get extra preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Finance & Bank Operation
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Posting all kind of Debit, Credit & Journal vouchers in Tally ERP 9 software maintain documentation timely.
∎ Checking bills/ invoices from supplier, contractors or other vendors
∎ Dealing with bank for transactions & also follow up bank payments
∎ Adjust advance payments paid to Procurement dept. for material purchase or any other staff
∎ Operate all kind of Petty cash
∎ Prepare Bank reconciliation statement monthly & also accounts reconciliation
∎ Deduct Tax at source from vendors and deposit to Govt. treasury
∎ Prepare statement for vendor payments and also required budget
∎ Prepare Trial balance
∎ Prepare different financial report required by organization
∎ Do any other task assigned by Accounts supervisor or management
∎ Process all payments timely, writing cheques and also disbursement
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent technical, presentation and problem-solving skills.
∎ Should be smart, dynamic and proactive with positive thinking approach.
∎ Ready to work under stress & pressure.
∎ Expert in Tally ERP 9 accounting software and also sound knowledge about MS Office.
