Job Responsibilities:
∎ To have knowledge about supply chain process extensively.
∎ To liaison with supplier and negotiate trims & accessories, price and deliver the goods on time.
∎ Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
∎ Procurement of maintenance items as per MPR, meeting delivery schedules, quality materials at competitive price according to the company's policies & requirements.
∎ Responsible for purchase and procurement maintenance items from import sources with best quality materials at competitive price according to the company's policies & requirements.
∎ To check requisition daily and buy the products as per requisition of maintenance items.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge of Computer Application such as Ms-Word, Excel, E-mail corresponding.
∎ Should be able to work on own initiative under pressure.
∎ Sincere & Responsible.
∎ Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
