Job Context:
∎ Supervising and monitoring on vetting of various project land documents and preparing opinion regarding the same.
∎ To Check and verify every single document of land relating to land deeds and Bia-Deeds, Records, Porcha, Survey Maps, Khatians, Dags, tax documents demarcation of land and property.
∎ Preparation of various sorts of Agreements /Power of Attorney/ MOU/Baina/Agreement/Any other Deed as required
∎ To follow up the registration & mutation process
∎ To coordinate land related all legal matters & maintain liaison with various Govt. and Non-Govt. organization
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Land Vetting, Searching & providing opinion
∎ Registration of land after vetting land deeds and record of rights
∎ Dealing with land-related activities such as land measurement, verification of title & legal rights, Ground Rent, mortgage, power of attorney, registration/ deed/ agreement/ baina, commissioning, mutation of land & other legal documents from related Govt. Office.
∎ Maintaining all land related file both in soft copy and hard copy
∎ Provide legal opinion & support to all departments in the company on varied documents & activities.
∎ Preparing Legal Notices, Letter of authority, Affidavit, Petitions, Complaints, Replies and other documents in connection with the cases of the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
