Job Description
Responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and administration of the ERP system, with a heavy focus on Master Data Management (MDM) and Database Management within the apparel manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities
Create, update, and manage Master Data for Raw Materials, General Items, Electrical/Mechanical Spare Parts, Suppliers, and Customers.
Clean user-requested data, utilize analytical tools to remove duplicate data, and rearrange and format the data to comply with organizational naming conventions.
Identify, investigate, and rectify inaccuracies in user-submitted data to ensure the highest level of database precision.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data as required by various departments.
Manage user roles, permissions and security profiles, configure application settings, and prepare user training materials for business applications.
Log user complaints and requirements, provide fixes, and contact the internal development team and vendors.
