Job Context

We are looking for a highly motivated and fluent English-speaking Sales Professional to join our team. This is a 100% remote work-from-home opportunity available to candidates anywhere in Bangladesh. If you have the gift of the gab, excellent persuasion skills, and love talking to people, we want to hear from you. Female candidates are highly encouraged to apply.

Work Hours & Schedule

• Work Days: Monday to Friday (Weekends off).

• Hours: 9.5 hours per day.

• Shift: Early morning start, finishing before lunch. (Exact schedule and further details will be discussed over the phone with shortlisted candidates).

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients entirely in English.

• Clearly communicate product/service benefits and close sales.

• Meet daily and weekly sales targets.

• Maintain a positive, professional, and energetic tone during all customer interactions.

Educational Requirements

• No formal educational qualification is required. We care about your skills, not your degree!

Experience Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or international call centers is a plus, but not mandatory if you possess the right skills.

Additional Requirements

• English Fluency is Mandatory: Must have exceptional conversational English skills. You must be able to speak clearly, confidently, and naturally.

• Sales Skills: Strong ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals over the phone.

• Tech Requirements: Must have a reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace at home, a computer/laptop, and a good quality headset.

• Female candidates are preferred for this role.
