• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Textile, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Group of Companies, Chemical Industries, Cement Industry, Paper, Steel, Power

• PP Oven Bag/ FIBC industries will get the preference

• Strong communication and reporting skills, with excellent proficiency in MS Office and overall computer literacy.

• Conduct capacity planning and develop efficient production schedules.

• Set up production lines and machines based on planning, manpower, and material availability.

• Monitor and follow up on hourly production to ensure targets are met.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth supply of input materials.

• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining required quality standards.

• Maintain proper traceability and workplace organization.

• Optimize the utilization of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials.

• Drive productivity improvements through innovation, rework reduction, and waste minimization.

• Implement and manage operator skill development programs.

• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.

• Train team members and machine users to enhance performance.

• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean work environment in line with legal and standard requirements.
