Responsibilities & Context:
Perform day to day shift activities (Check list, Pending Jobs, Condition Monitoring etc.) and keep the plant operational.
Perform planned and predictive maintenance as per schedule.
Responsible for erection, fabrication, testing and commissioning of piping and structures including pipe supporting, insulation and paintings.
Responsible for erection and commissioning of Compressed Air Station which includes Compressor, Dryer and Receiver.
Quick decision making for solving any unwanted breakdown within short period.
Planning preventive and schedule maintenance and complete the work within scheduled time.
Monitor the work of maintenance team and give them support or necessary idea for quick and precise maintenance of equipment.
Undertake effective planning and prioritization of workload wherever necessary.
Ensure that resources are used to the optimum level.
Attend breakdown maintenance, record and submit written report if any delay towards the shift.
Complete and maintain accurate, timely documentation and records (shift log book) as standard.
Maintain the required standard of housekeeping.Support other teams as required.Shift manpower management (assign jobs & follow up, motivation, onsite training etc.)
Maintain strong communication with other departments, shift in charge during the shift.
Handover and Takeover the shift on site.
Undertake any other tasks or duties as required by the line manager.
