Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and optimize body and glaze formulations.
Conduct chemical and physical testing of raw materials and approve materials for production.
Monitor and control body and glaze slurry parameters.
Provide technical support during kiln trials and production runs.
Evaluate new raw materials and suppliers.
Prepare laboratory test reports and provide technical feedback to management.
Develop and implement SOPs for laboratory operations.
Lead quality improvement and cost optimization initiatives.
Supervise calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Train and guidejunior engineers and technician.
Provide technical support for customer complaints and product issues.
Ensure color matching and shade consistency.
Maintain documentation in line with ISO and quality standards.
