Ft-tech is Recruiting a team of Technically Sound, Smart, Dynamic and Target Oriented Engineers to support the Sales and Application Solution Activities in Bangladesh.
Key Job responsibilities:
Technical Product Presentation: Learn and master the engineering specifications, standards (such as ASME Class, DIN PN, API etc)), and material grades of the FT-tech industrial valve models to confidently present technical solutions to clients.
Client Engagement & Market Penetration: Actively identify, approach, and build strong professional relationships with procurement managers, utility heads, and factory owners within the pharmaceutical, textile, and general manufacturing sectors.
Application Engineering Solutions: Evaluate clients' specific process conditions (fluid type, working pressure, temperature, and flow requirements) to recommend the exact technically sound valve configuration
On-Site Factory & Site Visits: Conduct regular field visits to textile mills, pharmaceutical plants, and industrial hubs across Bangladesh to identify pain points in their existing steam, water, or chemical piping systems and pitch FT-tech upgrades.
Pipeline and Target Management: Actively follow up on leads, track project timelines, manage the sales cycle from inquiry to delivery, and consistently meet established sales and performance targets.
Reporting & Feedback: Maintain a systematic log of client interactions, market feedback, and competitor pricing trends to report directly to management, supporting future strategy adjustments
