∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ a. Safely and efficiently supervise and conduct plant start-up and shut-down operations in accordance with approved site work instructions.
∎ b. Monitor and control the process parameters of the Air Separation Unit (220 TPD cryogenic liquid & gas plant which produce gas & liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon) including Feed Air Compressors, Booster Turboexpander, Pressure vessel (VIE, V1T & Buffer Vessel) and cylinder filling station.
∎ c. Maintain the production shift duty and prepare daily shift production report and monthly production report.
∎ d. Responsible for quality control. Make adjustment as necessary during shift to produce product within standard specifications.
∎ e. Ensure product as per internal & external sales demand (both PGP & bulk)
∎ Product deliver as per demand of > 80%
∎ f. Cooperate the “In-Charge of ASU” to planning and executing of major and minor plant maintenance activities.
∎ g. Ensure all equipment critical parameters are reviewed and in within limits. Try to maintain plant production as per design capacity
∎ h. Try to Minimize the operating cost and reduce the down time cost.
∎ i. Contribute to team awareness of co-worker and personal safety through proper work habits, good housekeeping skills and appropriate usage of personal protective equipment.
