Responsibilities & Context:
ACI Motors Ltd. has launched a new business in partnership with HARMAN, introducing JBL Professional Bangladesh. Through this venture, we will offer JBL loudspeakers, professional PA systems, and other JBL audio solutions. In addition to showroom sales, this business has strong opportunities in corporate and sound reinforcement markets. To support this growth, we are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive who will regularly visit corporate clients, build strong relationships, and create new business opportunities. This role will be important in increasing our corporate sales.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for JBL audio and sound system solutions.
Install, commission, and test audio equipment at client sites (corporate, commercial, and institutional).
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair product issues in line with company service standards.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers and partners.
Support the sales team with technical specifications, system design, and solution proposals.
Maintain service records, warranty documentation, and spare parts usage.
Coordinate with internal teams for technical resolution and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and quality standards during installation and servicing.
Provide basic training to customers on product operation and maintenance.
Achieve assigned service KPIs and support revenue generation through service-led sales opportunities.
Showroom sales support.
