Responsibilities & Context:
Ensuring the Tiles' quality as per the set standard.
Monitoring visual defect analysis check sheet & tracking of the defects to avoid reoccurrence.
Decision making/judgment on the final product and conveying the result to all functions.
Ensuring the daily quality parameters as per the approved standard.
Planning according to the demand of the Marketing Team and Management.
Plan proper workforce before starting up the shift production for better quality.
Daily, weekly, and Monthly quality report generation.
Identify and investigate the root cause of the defect & take countermeasures for effectiveness confirmation.
Continuous training & development for Glaze line inspectors to enhance their skills.
Ensure safety in all aspects.
Monitoring good house keeping.
