∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Must have knowledge of regulatory norms such as Bangladesh Fire Service & Civil Defense (BFSCD);
∎ Must have knowledge on provisions in the related field like Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC);
∎ Excellent communication skills in English (Written/ Verbal);
∎ Must have knowledge on computer applications of AutoCAD;
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Safeguard regular stock of fire-preventive materials and orchestrate periodic fire drills.
∎ Champion initiatives to fortify factory safety against fire incidents and hazards.
∎ Drive the monthly process for fire extinguisher refills and revitalize fire-prone areas.
∎ Assure continuous functionality of detection and protection systems around the clock.
∎ Direct legally compliant fire evacuation drills.
∎ Streamline documentation for internal and external audits and track completion and compliance.
∎ Investigate causes of incidents and accidents to enforce actions that mitigate injury risks.
∎ Facilitate training schedules, fostering health and safety awareness aligned with best practices.
∎ Utilize deep knowledge of ACCORD, ALLIANCE, and RSC standards to enhance safety practices.
∎ Engage in projects, initiatives, and events assigned by management that contribute to the organization’s overall well-being, business results, and the happiness of its stakeholders.
