• Supervise and coordinate daily site construction activities.

• Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

• Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review construction drawings and resolve technical issues at the site.

• Prepare work schedules and monitor project timelines.

• Conduct site inspections and verify completed work before submission for approval.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.

• Monitor material usage, manpower, and equipment to optimize project performance.

• Measure work quantities and assist in certify bills and variations.

• Coordinate material procurement and ensure timely delivery of construction materials.

• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to the project team.

• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and project documentation.

• Identify construction risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and quality issues.

• Support project handover by preparing as-built drawings and final documentation.
