Responsibilities & Context:
1. Maintain smooth operation of the Furnace.
2. Control Air and fuel rate as per the requirement.
3. Control all the set temperatures as per requirements.
4. Inspection furnace in each shift and report.
5. Maintain report of Glass quality, Glass batch in each shift.
6. Ensure cooling water availability where required.
7. Frequent monitoring of bubbler system, stirrer, burners and other machineries.
8. Perform Burner change program when required.
9. Ensure cooling air availability always, where required.
10. Ensure smooth operation of the batch charger and glass level.
11. Find out the root cause and prepare alternative suggestions to solve.
12. Keep files & all documents properly.
