Responsibilities & Context:
· Formulate and execute electrical operation and maintenance strategies of the Company and integrate with group performance goal.
· Oversee high-specification maintenance and project lifecycles to ensure budget-compliant delivery and strict adherence to statutory regulatory standards.
· Direct multidisciplinary technical teams by fostering a culture of innovation, professional accountability and continuous performance optimization.
· Manage annual operational budgets and financial risk controls to safeguard project profitability and resource efficiency.
· Serve as the technical liaison to regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders to strengthen institutional reputation and community relations.
