Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production Or
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master's degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initially will be responsible for all buyer coordination at head office & factory
∎ Building a strong network with business partners and renowned buyers to explore new opportunities for business expansion;
∎ Acquiring Monthly target and value.
∎ Targeted Style follows up and costing with good profit margin.
∎ Monitor the factory operation including production planning and management and ensure the timely delivery of quality products;
∎ Vessel Schedule/ Container Follow-up (Full or loose / cheap or expensive).
∎ Formulate and implement strategic plan for Merchandising to achieve on-time & quality shipment.
∎ Play the role of the key team leader for each and every team of merchandising to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Prepare to production plan & shipment plan for the proper execution of sampling according to "Time and Action Calendar" on regular basis with production management
∎ Skill in costing, production planning, and having technical knowledge. Able to line booking for round the year at any situation & run the factory independently.
∎ Strong capable to handle quantitative analysis, Buyer corresponded and creative work, any Merchandising file of an order starting from new development to shipment of goods
∎ Monitor order status & hold regular meetings with merchandising & marketing team for planning and shipment of orders.
∎ Communicate with knitting division, production division, planning division and respective merchandiser of the buyer for ensuring 100% knitting & dyeing quality, shade matching, and correct GSM.
∎ Raw material in-house follow-up
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ • Good communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management
∎ • Good negotiation skills.
∎ • Technical knowledge in production and quality system.
∎ • Knowledge on ERP and relevant software.
∎ • Strong knowledge of the latest products and global trends within cosmetics and beauty.
∎ • Strong analytical skills, MS Office skill specially in Excel and numerical analysis skill.
Salary: Negotiable
