Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemical Technical/Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry/Applied Chemistry
∎ Skills Required: Erp software, MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise & monitor in preparing necessary recipes for lab in respect of color, shade and other quality parameters.
∎ Instruct team members for chemical-dye formula/process to be appropriate to create the right color.
∎ Should have good working knowledge in particularly color & shade matching.
∎ To make program, sample checking and color measurement.
∎ Analyze lab data, consumption of raw materials and quality control measures.
∎ Follow-up in developing samples with a high degree of personal responsibility.
∎ Higher analytical skills of understanding the dyeing, printing, finishing processes.
∎ Advancing through technical discussion with subordinates.
∎ Control & provide guideline to subordinates.
∎ Check and test the quality of different dyes, pigments and other auxiliaries.
∎ Review final Color Recipe worksheets.
∎ Have a good knowledge in dyestuff combination setting.
∎ Have a good working Knowledge in Spectrophotometer & Auto dispensing operating System.
∎ Have a good working Knowledge in lab to Bulk coloration.
∎ Willingness to work under pressure.
