∎ BBA and MBA in HRM from any reputed University (Public University is highly preferred).
∎ Masters with Honors in Management/Public Administration may be considered.

∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead overall factory HR, Admin and compliance related activities.
∎ Supervise HR activities (Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training etc.) of the factory.
∎ Run factory administration smoothly to facilitate uninterrupted factory operation.
∎ Maintain effective industrial relations and ensure employees’ Welfare, Health & Safety.
∎ Look after Security of Man & Material and Environmental Sustainability of the factory.
∎ Ensure required compliance in the factory premises as per buyer’s code of conduct.
∎ Maintain effective public relations and liaison with regulatory bodies, local administrations of the government, law enforcement.
∎ Responsible for all aspects relating to smooth functioning of inventory, production management, quality assurance, research and development, engineering and providing constructive feedback regarding their performance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ More than 10 years’ experience in relevant field is required, where at least 05 years in any reputed and compliant Fabric Factory (Woven and Denim)
∎ Exemplary interpersonal and communication skill.
