Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc/B.Sc in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from BUET, KUET, CUET, RUET.
∎ MBA in Marketing & Sales from any reputed University will get priority.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for Creating new market & develop alternate sales channel.
∎ Responsible for Planning of marketing & Sales.
∎ Leading a Marketing team dealing in the field of power Equipment (Generator / Lift / Compressor)
∎ Responsible for Ensuring achievement of sales target.
∎ Direction & execution of marketing program (Social media, Campaigns, Clients seminar, Public events etc.)
∎ Administering company's client database
∎ Guiding junior level marketing personnel.
∎ Be able to maintain good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing & sales executives to enhance team building/ spirit.
∎ Requires providing regular reports of the sales, including sales activity, figures, lead management and opportunity tracking, to optimize sales results and to give information to the sales organization.
∎ Collaborates with all related internal contacts to ensure alignment, efficiency and effectiveness in the implementation of the respective local business strategy.

∎ Age at most 42 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Industrial Machineries (Generator/ Diesel Engine etc.), Group of Companies
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Engineering Firms, Generator, Escalator/Elevator/Lift, Developer.
Salary: Negotiable
