Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory for generators and lift systems.

  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, cold calling and following up on marketing leads.

  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, consultants and contractors.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact and needs analysis to quotation, negotiation and closing.

  • Conduct detailed site surveys to assess client needs, space constraints and technical requirements for both generator and lift installations.

  • Maintain Analyze client specifications (e.g. load requirements, building codes, safety standards) and design optimal technical solutions.

  • Create comprehensive and accurate technical proposals, including system layouts, bill of materials and performance specifications.

  • Select appropriate generators model and lift types based on project requirements.

  • Liaise with internal engineering and application teams to finalize complex solution designs.

  • Prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates and commercial proposals using CRM and quoting tools.

  • Justify proposed solutions by clearly articulating technical advantages, ROI and total cost of ownership.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, facility managers, engineers, architects and consultants.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all technical pre-sales inquiries.

  • Provide expert advice on product selection, application and compliance with local regulations and standards.

  • Provide market feedback to the product management and marketing teams on competitor activity and customer needs.

  • Work closely with the project management and service teams to ensure a smooth handover after a sale is secured.
