Experience:
Additional certifications in diesel engine maintenance or generator servicing will be a plus.
Experience with generator brands like Komatsu, Volvo, Innio, Isuzu, Cummins, Perkins, etc.
Familiarity with ATS, AMF and Synchronizing systems.
Customer-oriented attitude and problem-solving mindset.
Riding a motorcycle will be considered an additional qualification.
· Expert in diesel engine overhauling (Komatsu, Volvo, Innio, Isuzu, Perkins, Cummins, etc.)
· Perform routine and preventive maintenance of generators.
· Diagnose and troubleshoot generator and engine issues.
· Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical and control system faults.
· Connect control wiring, ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch), and synchronization panels as required.
· Prepare ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch).
· Basic knowledge of PLC-based control systems is an advantage.
· Lead and manage the service team effectively.
· Plan and supervise generator installation and commissioning.
· Handle replacement of old or faulty generator units.
· Maintain service logs, reports, and warranty documentation.
· Provide technical support and after-sales service to clients.
· Respond to emergency service calls and ensure timely resolution
· Collaborate with sales and procurement for technical support and coordination
