Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate must have working experience in Sales as DSM in a renowned pipe & fittings manufacturing industries minimum 6 Years.
∎ Work with TSM/SPO regularly and monitor the TSM/ SPOs intensely and effectively
∎ Ability to take challenge in physically and mentally
∎ Hunger of sales and new idea/s development
∎ Must have sound knowledge of this line products
∎ Make and update Route Chart and Shop List
∎ Must have the ability to motivate and lead the concern area sales & marketing team.
∎ Must be able to carry out all products' market analysis.
∎ Basing on the analysis, should be able to submit a detailed marketing plan and basing on that he should mobilize the marketing people.
∎ Should be able to achieve sales target along with his team members
∎ Communicate and visit to all Primary and secondary customers regularly
∎ Generate Monthly meeting
∎ Submit the daily, weekly and monthly marketing plan and reports
∎ Generate new ideas, plan & design for increasing sale and market positioning
∎ Have organizational & time management skills
∎ Must be pleasant, honest & good team player
∎ Must be able to work under pressure and challenge.
